Are you passionate about supporting First Responders and making a difference through education? Warrior’s Rest Foundation is looking for experienced professionals who are ready to turn their knowledge and life experience into meaningful, high-impact training.

Becoming a WRF Instructor means joining a team that values professionalism, compassion, and excellence in everything we do. Our instructors are more than subject matter experts—they’re leaders, mentors, and advocates for First Responder wellness.

Here’s how to get started:

1. Apply below – Submit your interest form and tell us about your background and areas of expertise.

2. Complete WRF’s Instructor Academy – A foundational training to ensure all instructors meet our standard of quality and consistency.

3. Pass a brief exam – Demonstrate your understanding of key mental wellness concepts and instructional standards.

4. Submit audition videos – Show us your teaching style, presence, and ability to connect with your audience.

5. Complete the Train-the-Trainer program – Receive specialized preparation for the course(s) you’d like to teach.

6. Commit to excellence – Adhere to WRF’s instructional guidelines, professional standards, and ongoing expectations for our training team.
